My Account FAQs
My Account is the easiest way to manage your Rent-A-Center agreements online. You can:
- Make payments when it’s convenient for you
- Track how close you are to owning your product
- Save payment methods or enroll in AutoPay
- Upload required documents securely
- See your rewards and special perks
- Click “Create My Account.”
- Use the same email address you set up your agreement with.
- Check your email (and your spam folder!) for a link—click it within 24 hours.
- Create your password.
- Enter your exact first and last name from your agreement, plus your agreement number.
Your agreement number is at the top of your agreement papers. If you can’t find it, call your store or 1-800-422-8186—someone will help.
- Enter your email and password.
- We’ll email you a one-time code (check your spam folder if you don’t see it right away).
- Enter the code within 4 minutes and you’re in!
- Click “Forgot password?”
- Enter your email and click “Send reset link.”
- Check your email for a link (check spam/junk folders too).
- Click the link, create your new password, and you’re ready to sign in.
